Congrats on your new short term rental! You’ve secured the property, picked up the keys, and are ready to launch. What’s next?

First let me introduce myself. I’m Jennifer Robins, a former military spouse of 20+ years so I have packed, moved, and set-up house a LOT. I’m also a real estate enthusiast, having almost a decade of owning, overseeing, designing, and zhushing short-term rental properties. Helping make properties RENTAL READY is my favorite, but I also recognize the massive undertaking it can be. 


I can help you with making sure your rental property has all the necessities, lots of perks, and as many of the bonuses as you’d like in order to make sure your future renters have the best experience possible. Plus, I can do all of that while potentially saving you money on your investment!

I’ve broken my services down into convenient packages so that you only pay for what you need and do not commit to services that don’t apply to your rental situation. Around the time or just after closing, I will meet you at your rental. We’ll go room to room and assess your imperatives, your wants, and also items from your dream sheet. We can work on everything from inventory issues to furniture placement as well as what items need addition or removal to make your property more rental ready. It’s a lot to think about, and sometimes it can be physically labor intensive too, so let me help do the hard part. I’m ready to help make your new place functional, beautiful, and profitable.

Almost a decade ago I bought our first investment property, a beach front condo, smothered in dust, primary color stripes, dated fish art, and leaving much to be desired.

From 800 miles away with only room measurements and the TIGHTEST budget, I began putting together my plan of how I would bring this property to life.

From there began a blooming passion I didn't realize I had and I've gone on to inventory, flip, and furnish multiple homes and short-term rentals. And it occurred to me others might need help doing the same! So let's get your property RENTAL READY!
