In this package I will help:

1. Identify your renter population
2. Inventory your property for that renter accordingly
3. Walk through the property looking for ways to optimize furnishings you currently have  
4. Identify furnishings that need replacement and discuss options
5. Source replacement options for you with shopping links, with your budget and design style in mind
6. Help source professionals for landscaping, plumbing, picture/curtain hanging, carpet removal, or other trades

Please note: Pricing includes 3 rooms (for example kitchen, living room, and a bedroom. $295 will be added for each additional room needing a Refresh. 2 personal shopping hours are included. Additional shopping hours are $50 per hour.
